About The Art of Service The Art of Service, Business Process Architects since 2000, is dedicated to helping stakeholders achieve excellence. Defining, designing, creating, and implementing a process to solve a stakeholders challenge or meet an objective is the most valuable role… In EVERY group, company, organization and department. Unless you're talking a one-time, single-use project, there should be a process. Whether that process is managed and implemented by humans, AI, or a combination of the two, it needs to be designed by someone with a complex enough perspective to ask the right questions. Someone capable of asking the right questions and step back and say, 'What are we really trying to accomplish here? And is there a different way to look at it? ' With The Art of Service's Standard Requirements Self-Assessments, we empower people who can do just that — whether their title is marketer, entrepreneur, manager, salesperson, consultant, Business Process Manager, executive assistant, IT Manager, CIO etc... —they are the people who rule the future.
Second, don't make it too difficult, so your consumers can still feel good about themselves. Most of the time, they are playing for attention and achievement. And, third, don't forget social: Your target group probably has a wide social network. Try to engage your gamers to activate that network as well! Step 4: Enhance loyalty, be FAIR Great: you managed to create a good campaign that receives a lot of positive reactions. But it doesn't end there. A frequent mistake is to take a break whenever something goes well. Wrong: you have to keep your young consumers involved. If you don't... you just had your 15 minutes of fame. Do you instead want to be legend? Follow the FAIR model: FA st, I nnovative, and R ewarding. Be Fast The faster you react toward your consumers, the more likely you are to have a bond with them. It's all about conversations: The more you communicate with each other, the better you will understand each other. Fast action shows them that you actually listen and care. And it's not only about acting fast on Facebook or Twitter.

Edit: Location is Tennessee, Knox County Apologies for missing the location... I've owned my house since 2009. My back yard has a 6-ft high privacy fence that borders on an alley way. This morning, my neighbor from the other side of the alley stopped me to tell me that she's having a problem with an infestation of box elder bugs (red and black bugs, not harmful, just a nuisance) and that the pest control company she hired told her that they're coming from a tree on my property. The inspector said that the bugs are following the branches that overhang her roof and getting in that way. The problem is that the tree is outside of my fence, and it's somewhat unclear whether the tree belongs to my property or the neighbor to the right of me, or if it's the property of the city. It looks like its mine because my fence takes a corner out to go around the tree, but I'm not 100% sure that it isn't also partially on the property to the right of me. This is the first contact I've had with this neighbor, ever.
There are several factors that are good to consider if you're going to try and shape your tree. First of all, it's important to understand the natural growing habit of the tree, like the angle that the branches tend to grow out at and its overall form. No matter how you cut the tree, it will always try to keep this form so it's good to take it into consideration. Also, the age of the tree is important in determining its form. Some species look rather tall and narrow when young, but branch out and take on character when they reach a certain height/age. It may need more time to grow. If you haven't, try looking at some pictures of mature mesquite trees online to get an idea of how, genetically, the tree wants to shape itself. It seems to me like you will most likely end up with something that has a short angular trunk or several trunks with a broad, branching top that makes a very nice vase shape overall. Since your tree is young, it will definitely continue to mature in its shape if you give it some time.
